Question: Where is my download for the templates I purchased?
Answer: After purchase you will receive an email with the download links. You may also sign in to the web site and click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. On the next page you will need click on the "View Order Status" link. This is where you will find all your orders and the download links.
Question: How do I open the zipped (compressed) folder after download?
Answer: To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.
To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a PC, right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Question: What software does your templates work with?
Answer: Our photo templates are compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS4 or higher. You may also use Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 (some layers styles may not be supported by Elements software)
Question: Are the fonts included with your templates?
Answer: By law we cannot provide the fonts as part of a product that we sale. However, we do include a text file with your download that will list the links for the fonts. The fonts may be free or paid fonts from various font providers and we cannot guarantee their continued availability from the providers. You are free to use other fonts of your choice.
Question: Are the templates PC and Mac compatible?
Answer: Yes, all of our templates work with either PC or Mac.
Question: How do I update the calendar template that was included in my sports collection?
Answer: Updated calendar files are located under our free section.
Question: Do you have a return policy?
Answer: There is a no return/exchange policy on all digital products.
Question: Do you sell to Photo Labs?
Answer: Yes, we do sell to Photo Labs. You must contact us directly so that we may discuss the pricing and restrictions for Photo Lab usage.
